At Mikocolor, every nail set is carefully handcrafted and packed with love. We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible, from placing your order to receiving your beautiful new nails. 💗

Shipping Fees

We offer FREE standard worldwide shipping on orders of US$50 or more to eligible destinations.

For orders below US$50, shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to replacement shipments under our First-Set Fit Promise.

Processing Time

Because our nail sets are handmade to order, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

During busy seasons, holidays, or promotional events, additional processing time may be required. Any significant delays will be communicated on our website or by email.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location.

Please Note:

• Delivery estimates are calculated from the shipping date and do not include order processing time.

• All timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

• Customs clearance, weather, holidays, and local carrier delays may affect delivery.

• For destinations not listed above, please refer to the shipping options at checkout or contact us.

• Actual shipping availability and fees will be confirmed at checkout.

Express Shipping

Need your nails a little sooner?

Express delivery via DHL may be available for selected destinations, with delivery often taking approximately 7 days after dispatch under normal conditions.

Please contact our customer support team for availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times before placing your order.

Shipping Origin & Tracking

Orders are shipped from Hong Kong, China.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use this information to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Customs & International Delivery

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or local taxes depending on the destination.

Where applicable, these charges may be collected by local authorities or shipping carriers.

Customs processing is outside our direct control and may occasionally extend delivery times.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 7 days, please contact us with your order number.

We'll help investigate the shipment with the carrier and keep you informed.

If your package is confirmed lost or a delivery issue occurs, we'll review the circumstances and work with you toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

First-Set Fit Promise: Replacement Shipping

If your first eligible nail set doesn't fit correctly, Mikocolor offers a complimentary size remake under our First-Set Fit Promise.

The replacement nail tips are made at no additional product cost, but customers are responsible for the replacement shipping fee.

We'll confirm the shipping cost with you before proceeding.

If the issue was caused by an error on our part, the matter will instead be handled under our Order Protection policy.
