Every set is handcrafted with care, and we're here to help if something doesn't go as expected.

Here's everything you need to know about our sizing promise, returns, exchanges, and quality protection.

1. First-Set Fit Promise

Your first set should feel just right.

Trying Mikocolor for the first time? If your first set doesn't fit correctly, we'll remake the nail tips that need resizing, up to one full set, free of charge.

You only need to cover the replacement shipping cost.

No extra protection plan required. No need to return your original nails.

How It Works

Step 1. Try on your nails

Once your order arrives, check the fit of each nail before applying glue or adhesive tabs.

Step 2. Contact us within 7 days

Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the fit issue

• Your updated nail measurements or correct nail sizes

Step 3. We'll confirm your fit

Our team will review your measurements and help confirm the correct sizes.

Step 4. We'll remake your nails

Once approved, we'll remake the nail tips that need resizing, up to one full set, at no additional product cost.

We'll confirm the replacement shipping fee before proceeding.

Eligibility & Conditions

• Available to first-time Mikocolor customers only.

• Covers one eligible set from your first order, even if you purchased multiple sets or a bundle.

• Limited to one complimentary size remake per customer.

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• Replacement nails must retain the original design, shape, and length.

• Customers are responsible for replacement shipping costs.

• No need to return your original nail tips.

• Items made incorrectly by Mikocolor are handled separately under our quality protection policy.

2. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items · 14 Days

Something not right with your order? We'll help make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll arrange an appropriate solution, such as:

• A free replacement

• A refund to your original payment method

If the issue was caused by a mistake on our part, we'll cover the reasonable shipping costs required to resolve it.

Our 14-day contact period is an additional store-policy commitment and does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Craftsmanship Guarantee · 7 Days

Every Mikocolor nail set is carefully handcrafted, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

If your nails develop chips, cracks, or lifting due to a craftsmanship defect within 7 days of delivery, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we'll offer an appropriate solution:

• A free replacement of the affected nails or set

• Store credit for a future purchase

No need to return your original nails.

This additional guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues caused by improper application, use, or removal.

Your statutory rights relating to defective products remain unaffected.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change your size, update your shipping address, or cancel your order?

Please email us within 2 hours of placing your order and before production begins.

If your request is received within this timeframe and production hasn't started, we'll help you make the necessary changes or cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, except where required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. How to Request Support

If you need help with a size adjustment, quality issue, exchange, or return, please contact us at:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos, where applicable

• Your preferred resolution, if you have one

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

6. Your Consumer Rights

Our First-Set Fit Promise, 7-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee, and voluntary return and exchange policies are additional benefits offered by Mikocolor.

These policies do not replace, restrict, or exclude any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Where statutory consumer protections provide a refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy, those rights will take priority over any conflicting store-policy terms.
